The Metrix Learning solution integrates online course delivery with skill assessments, use of the Federal O*NET database for setting goal jobs, connection to local job opportunities and customized and managed learning plans.
A Skill Up America Metrix Learning license allows a single user access to over 5,000 online courses for a period of 90 days, 24 hours a day from any computer with an Internet connection as well as unlimited use of our best-in-class tools for exploring career options compatible with the user's interests and recommending specific training to prepare the user for success in their chosen career.
The Metrix Learning Course library contains thousands of desktop computing, business, information technology and health-related topics from industry leading providers SkillSoft and Medcom/Trainex, with the option of including hundreds of Prove- IT! skill assessments from Kenexa.
Metrix Learning is currently available through Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) and their One Stop Career Centers in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and New Jersey, but can be offered through any state Department of Labor or WIB that seeks to provide this valuable service.
